Thursday - Tonight is Mommy and baby boy time. Daddy was gone working on his arcade project so it was just me and the boy. We played in the backyard and went for short walk. It was a good night!

Wednesday - After dinner we played cars in the kitchen floor before bed. It's fun to see Alec's little imagination as he makes noises with the cars. He'll say Vroom as he rolls the cars and boom when the cars run into something - he's a lot of fun! :)

Tuesday - Dinner time - Alec's really been wanting to sit in a normal chair lately so I pulled out the booster. He loved it! Thought he was big stuff (well I guess he is to us, obviously - ha!). Other than that, just some general silliness.

Sunday - Pretty low key day - just grocery shopping and getting ready for the week ahead. These pics are of Alec eating his breakfast. The boy loves scrambled eggs - he can eat 2 all by himself!
Some things going on that are just too cute/funny not to mention - Alec LOVES Dora the Explorer, he can recite the Swiper phrase and says "OH MAN" in a perfect southern drawl. Some other things he's picked up saying is Alright and Oh NO - he's very dramatic. I've started asking him about his day on our way home - he'll nod his head Yes when I ask if he's had a good day. Also, he nods Yes when I ask him if he's a big boy. Everytime he sees another toddler (even older ones) he calls him or her a baby.
Apparently, Elmo is on Alec's diapers, I've never noticed really. He's always saying Elmo and starts pointing to his diaper - I finally figured it out the other day. He notices everything!
Lastly, Alec always wants to watch Dora - it's the only show he watches and we watch it about 3 times a week. He starts saying DiDi and we know that is Dora. Well, we finally realized the other day that DiDi is how the theme song for the show comes on - he's just singing the first part of the song.

Saturday - Lazy day around the house - cleaned house and played outside.
Alec was really interested in my Popsicle so I gave him one to try - outside of course! He liked it pretty well but was so slow eating it as you can tell from the pictures. I think Eric and I ate more than he did at least he likes to share some things - ha! :)

Friday - Not a lot going on today. After work we went for a run with Alec in the jogging stroller. We picked up take out tacos and had a nice night in. Glad it's the weekend!
