Sunday - We woke up around 7:00 and had breakfast. We left around 9:15. We had about 7.5 hours to make it to St. George. For lunch, we stopped at Troy, AL at a McDonald's. They had a really nice play area and we ended up staying there for about an hour. We had about 3 hours left to go. Due to Tropical Storm Lee, it rained pretty much all day. We made it to St. George Island around 5 p.m. We got to our rental house and unloaded the car. Then we headed to dinner at the Beach Pit (recommended). Dinner was sort of a disaster. They only had 2 high chairs and they were occupied when we got there. Alec couldn't sit still because he was wired/tired and our dinner wasn't very good. I've seriously had better seafood in landlocked AR! We ended up getting to bed around 11 p.m. It rained pretty much all night.
