Tuesday - Yummy s'mores cookies. I can't take credit for coming up with this recipe but they are so easy and really good. I just took a baked chocolate chip cookie added a piece of chocolate and the topped with a marshmallow. Then just turned the broiler on low and let them brown for maybe 2-3 minutes. I did learn the hard way not to leave the kitchen during this process - marshmallows burn really easy and make a mess.
